Ownership of packages accepted by USPS transfers to the buyer. We cannot be responsible for lost, held, damaged packages, incorrect shipping info, stolen packages or mis-delivery errors via carrier (example: delivered scan but not delivered). Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. If you do not agree to this policy you will not be able to complete a purchase as the terms & conditions box must be checked. There will be NO exceptions to this policy.
A large majority of the time, your order will be processed within 2 business days. In some situations though, it may take up to 5 business days to process and ship your order. Our warehouse ships orders Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis.
USPS is one of the most affordable methods to ship packages to our customers. USPS delivers packages six days a week (Monday – Saturday) and work very hard to get the mail out. The only downfall to USPS is the lack of tracking updates and most of the time you will have your package before tracking has been updated.
